MAMO: MAOLI ARTS MOVEMENT
PROGRAM DETAILS
In 2005, the PA‘I Foundation, with partner Bishop Museum, successfully organized and implemented a month-long celebration to highlight native Hawaiian arts, artists and cultural practitioners called Maoli Arts Month (MAMo).
The PAʻI Foundation re-branded MAMo in 2015 to “Maoli Arts Movement” now with year-long programming celebrating native Hawaiian art and culture.
