In December 2023, PAʻI Arts & Cultural Center (PACC) opened its doors on the ground floor of the Ola Ka ʻIlima Artspace Lofts.

PACC serves as a sustainable urban hub space in downtown Honolulu that supports native Hawaiian artists and cultural practitioners.

The PAʻI Arts & Cultural Center is also the permanent home for the PAʻI Foundation and Pua Aliʻi ʻIlima.

  • 3000 sq. ft. performing arts and dance studio
  • 1,000 sq. ft. art cafe and retail gift shop
  • 1,000 sq. ft. mezzanine with offices and meeting space
