Participants are required to participate in the following trainings and events.

• 2 full-day sessions of Native Artist Professional Development (NAPD) training
• At least 15 hours of 1-on-1 training with NAPD trainers, and arts and business consultants
• PHN Mākeke and End of Year Event
• PHN Graduation Ceremony
